The following definitions apply in this Agreement. Online Banking is the Internet-based service providing access to your First Security Bank account(s); Online Account means any of First Security's accounts from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service, and "Password" is the code you will create, after the Bank has flagged your accounts for Online Banking access that establishes your connection to the Service.
First Security Bank will provide instructions on how to use the Online Banking service. You will gain access to your Online Account(s) through the use of your Internet-enabled device, your Internet Service Provider, your Password, your Login ID and Multi-Factor Authentication.
Each individual who has access to Online Banking, including each individual named on joint accounts, must designate a PASSWORD. Your password must be a minimum of 8 characters, up to a maximum of 15 characters. You may be required to change your password periodically to enhance security.

If you tell us within two business days of learning of the theft or loss of your Password, you can lose no more than $50.00 if someone uses these services. However, if you fail to notify us within those two (2) business days and the Bank discovers we could have prevented the person from using these services without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500.00.
